3 Station Microplate Processing Conveyor Systems

Our 3 Station Microplate Processing Conveyor System called the "MPCS-3", is designed to meet the needs of research and development departments or small scale manufacturers.

The "MPCS-3" offers:

 Processing speeds between 300 and 1000 plates per hour depending on configuration

 Stack feeding and restacking (Stacks have 25 to 30 plate capacity)

 Modular design for easy system upgrades

 Three available working stations which can be used to install your choice of:

- Precision coating with better than ±1% accuracy

- Single station combination wash/aspirate function (for multiple washes at one station)

- Wash only

- Aspirate only

- Drying
